Olivia Franklin, a citizen of District 4, won her Hunger Games at the age of 16. The 69th Hunger Games reaping was a day that she never thought would happen to her but it did and without it she would have never met Finnick Odair. She knew of him but never had the nerves to talk to him or anything but now she was a commentor with him. They were the two victors chosen each year to mentor and deep down she liked having time away from home. After her games she completely closed herself off from everyone and was cold. This is her life after her games, including the people she meets and people she looses.
