Summary
Izuku Midoriya Warner was the youngest Warner sibling that no one really paid attention to. He was always a background character unless he was deemed good enough to join his siblings for a shot. Since he couldn't be around his siblings when they did their thing for their show he left the movie lot and explored around soon figuring out about quirks and Heroes giving him that he could be a hero.
That is how he meets the pro heroes Present Mic and Eraserhead and somehow manages to convince them to train him to be a hero.

Chris usually wouldn't consider himself a very caring person
So what if he notices Duncan flinching at the slightest touch or sudden noise? Or Gwen's blatant antisocial-ness? Or Ezekiel being weirdly casual about his objectively shitty homelife? Surely it doesn't mean anything.
And so what if Lindsey's clumsiness seemed too extreme to be normal? Or Izzy seems to care too little about her own health and safety? Or Cody seems to be constantly covering his ears wherever he goes? It's probably nothing.
And so what if Chris finds Owen's endless enthusiasm a bit charming? And the happy glint Harold gets in his eyes when Chris lets him ramble without interrupting makes listening to him just a little worth it? And the rare genuine smile Noah cracks when Chris not so discreetly hints towards a spot on the island he can read and no one would bother him makes Chris's ice cold heart thaw just a little?
And so what if suddenly all the questionable and dangerous stuff he agreed to enact upon these children make him feel a bit nauseous when just weeks prior he was excited about hosting such an insane show?
God….Chris was doomed.
Alternatively: Chris learns he has a heart, and hates every second of it.

Chris had never considered himself someone who's good with kids, especially when they weren't Family.
But when Chef, his Husband, who is now working as a Kindergarten Teacher, asked him to come over immediately, he couldn't just not show up, could he?
So what if this Incident caused him to visit the Daycare more often, even if it meant risking that the Kids could possibly find out about their Marriage?
(Or: Chef and Chris have good Reasons for keeping their Marriage a Secret to the world. Kids aren't exactly know to be good at keeping Secrets.)

“Uhm, excuse me--”
“Oh, it’s you!” the Angel replied, a delighted smile opening on their face once they’d turned toward Aziraphale with a curious blink, and Aziraphale felt something writhe somewhere in his core, like part of him did a happy little somersault. It felt so… Nice, not only being recognized (he did tend to fly under the radar, he knew. He just had one of those faces, you know), but also being welcomed with such open joy.
“Yes. Hello! again,” Aziraphale said with a little nervous laugh, promptly wishing to smack himself. Why did he always have to be so awkward? “I, ah, I was wondering if I could--”
“Suuuuure, com’here!” the Angel replied, self assured and so very confident, the exact opposite of all Aziraphale was. They vaguely waved their hand, and a second little cloud of stardust appeared at their side, sparkling and ever churning with pink and purple hues. “The view from here is the best, get yourself comfortable!”
--Aziraphale is lucky enough to meet the nebula Angel a second time, and then a third, and then... Well. The rest is history.
