Shouta pauses on one of the roofs he had been running across. His capture weapon floating midair making it look as if it was frozen in time. There was a person standing on the edge of the roof only 2 buildings away from Shouta. He wasted no time running over and wrapping his capture weapon around the kid- and isn't that a shock, it's just a kid. The kid tenses, still wrapped in the scarf.
Or a fic where Dadzawa finds Midoriya on a roof on the same day he was told to “take a swan dive off the roof of a building” and decides that this is his kid now.

Summary
Izuku is orphaned at the age of four and is sent into the Japanese Foster Care System. After multiple failed attempts at finding a forever home and some unfortunate circumstance, he ends up on the streets. Eventually, the vigilante, Deku appears. Eraserhead must gain his trust to bring Deku back to the right side of the law. If he he does, however, the untrustful but pure-hearted boy may just be a bit more than Aizawa Shota can handle.

Midoriya Izuku had always been an incredibly anxious kid. It was obvious to everyone in Yuuei, the teachers especially. After villain attacks and more- Yamada Hizashi is happy to see the kid finally calm down and relax in his class.
He falls asleep right on his desk in the middle of English, cocooning in his arms and comfortable.
He lets the kid sleep right through the period and through the next before finally, he goes to wake him up. It takes a while and he asks a few questions and ends up with far more than he bargained for. A sleepy kid isn't the best at keeping secrets.- Language:
