He hated the way metal-tinged and tinged and tinged and then crackled as it crushed under the weight of something or another. He had that sound. Even the sound of metal moving against itself- like the Iron Man suits walking, or Harley scraping their initials on their shared workbench, or any number of things that he found himself loving as an after thought- made him cringe. It was probably the super hearing.
He hated the sound of crumbling metal, but right now, right here, in this battle, he would give anything to hear the familiar scrapes and crumbles of the Iron Lad armor.

Summary
Harley Keener, burdened with protecting his little sister and mother in a world that seems to want him dead, knows that being reaped for the Hunger Games is a death sentence. If he wants to survive, he's going to have to kill- and in the end, he doesn't know if he's capable of murder.
Peter Parker, victor of the 74th Hunger Games and certifiably not right in the head (according to the Capitol), takes his second reaping in stride and immediately vows to get the scared boy with curly golden hair out of the arena, even if it means abandoning all hope for himself.
Tony Stark is going to get everyone worth saving out of the Games- he's promised his daughter, and now there's no going back. He just doesn't know who qualifies as 'worth saving'.
