Jack felt a heavy weight on his chest, pressing down, until his limbs felt heavy with lead. His hair was wet, matted with sweat to the side of his brow.
he would have been content to lay there for a fraction of forever, but a floorboard creaked and his eyes shot open.
Springing forward for his staff in an iron clad grip; Jack put it between himself, Jamie, and the intruder taking up the doorway.
Whoever that may be, stopped in his tracks. Lifted his hands in the air and Slowly, as if jack was a wounded animal about to bolt, took a step forward.

And the moment where said sheep was dropped down into a waiting pile of leaves below. startled and unsure he turned to the disruption as abrupt as he could, but still couldn't see anything hiding under bough or brush.

“What the fuck Jack.” Jack snapped up towards the voice. Where Hiccup had leaned back from his desk to stare blankly at a man crawling through his window. Then there he was; just Sitting in the window, grin stretched lopsided across his face.
Hiccup only raised his brows at the display.
“Why the hell are you climbing up through my window like some burglar in the night?”

If it’s all high up there.” Hiccup told the snow to go away. It was between his toes trying to bite them off. Glared a moment. Those where his toes.
“The snow is collecting in those clouds. Yes. But more will always come.” Stoick said, Hiccup craned his head up at those words. his dad peered down at him. Was always so high up, that Hiccup could practically see the entire island when he reached his hand up to— “No lad. You’ve got legs you can walk.”
so he did. The very long way around the bend, on his way to the woods.

Spiderman laughed out loud. Wade tucked it away in the place he kept memories of each time Spiderman laughed.
“Yea well. I save the non make-believe city every other day. So.” Spiderman rolled his eyes. Wade thought, he couldn’t be sure under the suit. “Soon as I get mine I’ll put in a good word for you.”

Wade Remembered when his skin changed from blank canvas to swirling looping letters. and when they changed again to scars.
“Deadpool! here I thought I put you behind bars” he heard him before he landed. Deadpool raised the binoculars back up.
“Y’know what they say baby boy, can’t keep a good dog down.” Joking was almost automatic. Deadpool focused back on the bugle. A greying man gestured wildly to someone Deadpool could barely see.
“Yea, a good dog sure.” The old guy slammed his hand down, extinguishing the cigar. “What are you doing here Deadpool. In my city.”
“I have business here, a date with destiny! and if everything goes according to plan I might make this a full time gig.”
