Saiki knows everything about his friends. Or his- uh, annoyances. So he's definitely know if one of them had a crush, especially annoyance number 2 who always hangs around him.
And he doesn't play matchmaker, he doesn't care if his annoyances have good romantic relationships. It would just be a pain if anyone's heart was broken. Lots of complaining. He just doesn't want to be bothered, that's it. He certainly is not rooting for Kuboyasu and Kaidou to get together.
