“I swear the reservation said two beds.”
Ekko and Jinx stood side-by-side in the entryway to their hotel room, frozen as they took in the single king-sized bed. To add insult to Ekko’s mortifying injury, rose petals sat arranged in a heart in the middle of the mattress, and he was pretty sure that was a bottle of champagne in an ice bucket with two glasses on the desk in the back corner.
She hummed, and Ekko couldn’t read the tone. Somewhere between surprise and dissatisfaction.
“I’m sure,” she said slowly.

Ekko and Jinx both use physical touch as their primary love language, but they do so in drastically different ways. And it's driving Ekko insane.

“What are you doing?” Jinx yells, her voice suddenly coming alive. Panic and confusion war in her eyes as she twists to look at him, the wind stealing her voice as soon as it escapes her mouth. “This was only supposed to be me!”
“Yeah, well,” Ekko shouts back, heart in his throat. “I couldn’t let you leave me again.”
He reaches for the pull string one more time as the floor rises up faster and faster. He grips onto her with all of his strength, and prays that the anomaly will have enough juice to save them both. As he finally pulls he doesn’t notice the crack running up the side of the glass, or the ominous tick as his stopwatch ticks past the red line he’d drawn with one of Powder’s oil crayons.
Pull. Reverse.
OR
Ekko accidentally brings him and Jinx back to before it all began. Now, they have to struggle to fix the mistakes of the past while figuring out how to heal. But, hey, at least they're together.

"Like a twisted remake of the end of their last fight, Ekko steps in just as Jinx pulls the pin of a bomb – a more powerful, deadlier version of the bomb she’d used then to try and blow both of them up. He sees it happen nearly in slow-motion; her lonely silhouette in the middle of the fan blade-bridge, hair chopped short, head bowed; ripping herself to shreds before his eyes in a flash of bright blue and pink light. His hand yanks the Z-drive handle before he can even gasp, and green light flares out of it, undoing the pink and blue; Jinx’s pallid skin knits itself back together, the pin returns to the bomb and her dark Shimmer-pink eyes open back up, finger about to pull."
Eventual smut, lots of angst, hurt/comfort, and two traumatised young adults trying to figure out if and how they can make their way back to each other.

Summary
What is Jinx scared of, you might ask? The chewed holes which are obvious signs of a rat infestation? The warnings from their new landlord that they should keep the toilet lid shut in case of cockroaches? Or maybe the array of loud and extremely suspicious sounds at night?
Nope. Not even close. Jinx was born and raised in Zaun, then spent the last four years of her life in a college dormitory the size of a peanut. She could deal with a shabby, cheap first apartment. Especially when she’s still trying to find a job that she actually studied for.
But moving in with Ekko fucking terrifies her.
In which Jinx and Ekko move in together and she feels very calm and normal about the ordeal.

Summary
When they were kids they shared her bed at sleepovers. Ekko would sleep on one end and she’d sleep on the other. She would hog the blanket, talk in her sleep, and kick him in the stomach everytime she rolled over, but he never said anything about it, not even when it kept him awake all night.
The light here is different to how it was then. On her face it cuts like glass into her mouth and cheeks. It gnarls her knuckles into knots. It turns her into someone else.
Ekko, suddenly, is no longer nine years old and shrieking everytime she presses her cold feet again his calves.

It’s like playing dress up, like they used to, because Vi wouldn’t ever. She strips him past his jacket to a tank top and pants and she traces the contractions of muscle under his arms where veins travel and converge with paint on her fingers.
Ekko’s skin is more warm and alive than hers is anymore.
For her he leaves splotches and swirls of paint all over. Arms, legs, chest, back. Into her side he sears a huge blue star. The pink under her cheeks count as another encounter with closeness and his eyes again. Only a small amount of it is rubbed away by a sweaty fist and laughter.
She stands with both arms out, “Are you trying to mark me?”

She wants to be deserving of Isha’s love. . . and maybe, down the road, his as well. She can only hope that she doesn’t jinx it.
In a whirlwind of events, Ekko and Jinx forge their own path to building something new in the wasteland they call home.

“No, Powder I always… I always thought you were cool.”
“Flatterer.” She flicks an eraser off the table, suddenly finding it a bit hard to look at him. She and Ekko were close (her Ekko, she doesn’t know about this Ekko) since they were kids, nobody had been surprised that she and Ekko had ended up together. Ekko, her Ekko had ended up saying something similar in a roundabout way; that he’d liked her since they were small.

He would deal with the picture of her falling from the platform later, or better yet : forget it entirely. All that mattered now was her."With Noxus on its way to wage war against the sister cities, it's up to Jinx and Ekko to rally the Undercity together and get ready to join the fight. But there is so much to do, so little time. And yet... maybe, among the chaos of the oncoming storm, they'll find the time and will to pick up the pieces of what they once were. Maybe they can put them back together.
Maybe they can build something new.
Hope is a winged beast, and now is the time to learn how to fly.Or : what happened during the timeskip between Jinx's rescue at the beginning of episode 9, and her arrival on the battlefield? My guess is a whole lot.
