How is he supposed to help them when people hide the unsightly and bloodstained parts from him?
The tip of Jinhsi’s blade presses more firmly to the center of Scar's mark, clearly about to push through the indicated line. He appreciates the symbolism if nothing else.
A loud crackle of energy startles them both. Out of nowhere, a gloved hand grabs the blade and pushes it away from Scar before it can do any real damage. It stays wrapped around it, uncaring of the sharp edges digging into it and drawing blood.

The boy himself was not conscious. He had barely been for the past week when the doctor had confirmed that the cancer would take his life at any second. His hands were placed neatly on his covers, not a single twitch showing that he could sense their presence. His face was pale but color still lived in his cheeks, yet his lips had taken a slightly bluish colour. Each exhale was a wheeze but his expression did not show any pain, not even a little.

And I hope your mind isn’t stuck in 2015 because it’s not Jaehyun either!” He leans in, right before jabbing that same finger right into Yuta’s chest just to get his point across, “Me!”
Yuta glances over to his finger still placed on his chest before raising an eyebrow at him as if to say, 'take it off or I will.'
