Season 6/7 of The Walking Dead
Carol who is struggling with her own inner demons, exiles herself from her family. Little does she know that Negan has come in and wreak havoc on her loved ones. When she finds out Daryl has been taken by Negan, her days of the quiet life are put behind her. She will do anything in her power to try and save him. She makes a deal with the devil, aka Negan, but will she come out on top or will Negan's tyranny rule?
PS. In this story, I will have Carol’s character be a little bit younger but not because of the ageist bullshit the actress gets but for fertility purposes. If Carol is slightly younger, then Daryl will be too. And maybe Negan as well. Also, the timeline will be slightly different. In this story, Negan captures Daryl after he visits Carol in the cottage, not before. -

So I woke up this morning from a Walking Dead based dream. Its not the first time. This one was good and I had to write it out. It was a delicious, guilty pleasure and I have no idea why my mind went there. I immediately went to my laptop and had to write it out. It just poured out of me and well, here it is. Took about an hour. I have no shame. I do however find that, I have a dirty Mind. LOL Here it is. Have fun with this one shot.
PS. I am a Caryl shipper through and through but Carrick is hot.PPS. Most of my TWD stories have Carol as the main female lead but that’s because she is the one I relate to the most. The men, Rick, Negan, especially Daryl have great chemistry with her so these stories keep coming to me. Enjoy.

He meets the girl on the first, butter yellow day of summer, three months before she dies. The afternoon is melting towards evening when she appears at the sagging fence around his property, white sneakers stained red with dust, her knees knobbly as a child’s. Behind her, the sycamores bristle with readiness for the season, their shade dense and creek-water cool. Panting at her side is the dog. Daryl squints at the pair from inside his workshop, and stands up slowly, his arms wet and cloudy with clay to the elbows, his right leg stiff from crouching.

"The gates to the compound stand open: heavy and wooden, in need of sanding and varnishing. Daryl stops his bike on the dirt track and squints through the evening haze at the sign just inside the sprawling property. Brethren of the Blessed Spring, in faded, peeling black letters. There used to be words beneath those, a Bible verse, maybe. But all that remains on the weathered board are specks of paint, faint grey smudges. On the gates, he notices, is the name of the compound, two letters on each gate so the name is displayed when they are closed: Elim. Daryl tries the word in his mind. It moves like something shutting, the syllables forbidding entrance."
Unable to get another job in the small town where he lives, Daryl goes to do maintenance work for the Brethren of the Blessed Spring in Colorado. Hoping for peace, for a routine without disturbance, he instead finds himself caught up in the lives of the community--particularly that of the head elder's wife.
