Summary
In exchange for political clout, Brendol Hux accepts the request of his wife’s friend – Senator Leia Organa-Solo – to invite her son, Ben, into their home for a “school exchange”. Armitage Hux is informed that he will be responsible for helping Ben settle in at the estate and Arkanis Academy, and ensure he has a memorable, enjoyable school year. At first Hux dreads the task set for him, especially when he sees how odd and shy Ben is. But before long Hux realizes that he and Ben have more in common than he suspected, and Hux can’t stop the budding affection he begins to feel towards Ben.

Goodsir did, gratefully, at a respectful distance from her. “Thank you. I— you must be lonely, yes?”
Silence shook her head, that wry smile still on her face. Goodsir had the distinct feeling that she was amused by him, entertained by his clumsy fumbling around her, the way he tripped over himself where she was concerned.

A man needed to be evacuated promptly to the Finalizer. It wasn’t one of their own men, his question of who never asked as the trooper urged that the civilian needed to be questioned aboard.
Could it be a Resistance or New Republic operative? The man escorted, essentially carried, up the shuttle ramp didn’t look like one, face bloodied under the mop of greasy hair that tried to hide him. Spindly limbs were unable to hold him up, explaining why the two troopers held him up from either side. Kylo swiftly followed, Force raising the ramp and sealing the door shut. A shouted order raised the attention of the bemused pilots but they didn’t hesitate, obeying their commander.

When Hux decides to visit a famous red-light district in search of a little stress relief, he’s disappointed in the selection until a tall, broad stranger in a skirt and heels catches his eye. When he gets closer, he finds that the stranger isn’t a stranger at all--it’s Kylo Ren, Supreme Leader of the First Order, selling himself on a street corner.
It must be some sort of undercover work to track down a resistance operative--surely that’s the only possible explanation. There’s no way Ren could be doing this just because he gets off on it… right?
