A PHENOMENAL mystery with beautiful characterization, excellent dialogue and the pacing is perfection. I cannot wait for more of this story, if ever we are blessed so. There is a conspiracy here and I'm so excited to see how it unfolds. HIGHLY recommended.

Dell is an American student-turned-wanted-criminal studying in Europe during the outbreak of World War II. After having his life saved by a mysterious stranger he finds himself plunged into a world of espionage and brushes shoulders with partisans, communists and rebels while trying to return home.
Basically a pre-canon engie/spy thing set in 1941 Europe written by a history nerd. Shipping isn’t the main focus and can be ignored if it’s not your cup of tea.

Absolutely delightful dance of love and hate between Spy and Sniper~ Perfectly balanced, their obsession and desire for one another, and the lengths they'll go into either extreme, just to maintain the upper hand. Absolutely recommended read, I love this writer.
