“The prob-- they held the trial while you were unconscious! It was practically a witch-hunt on steroids!”
“This is what I've expected from them since the beginning.”
Swan only gapes at Regina, mouth wide open and eyes incredulous. She stammers, monosyllabic sounds barely audible. “You're… kidding, right?” Swan finally says, the words slow and steady. “So, what? You're just gonna let them--”
A barking laugh escapes Regina, and she feels it linger and throb in her head. “I won't let them do anything. To me or to Henry. I'm going to make sure no one can ever hurt him again.”
