A building collapsing on top of Ladybug and him wasn't in Adrien's plan for the day. Losing his transformation while still inside wasn't either. He'd hoped revealing who he was would be a lot more of a romantic moment than this, with a lot less of his own failure involved. He should be proud that even with Ladybug injured, he successfully brought her out of immediate danger. But his self-directed guilt and fear eats at him after the fact as well.
