Summary
Allen doesn’t know who Cesare is, and he wants to.
So far he has established Cesare hates silence, has an assortment of juxtaposing qualities, and might have some secret vendetta with some supernatural forces. He promptly forces himself into bits of his employer’s life to figure out this enigma, and it all begins to fall apart at the seams.

Summary
He wants, wants, wants.
Gi-hun swallows the want. Ignores the longing. Squeezes a little tighter on Young-il’s shoulder to check if he’s real.
“You can’t be here,” Gi-hun says, rough, hushed enough for the bystanders to not catch. They probably still do, the silence in the dormitory deafening.
“You weren’t supposed to be here,” Young-il says in return, leaning his head on the wall. He sighs and closes his eyes briefly. “You weren’t supposed to find out like this.”

“Uh, I…hey?” Ed tried.
Izzy and Stede stopped talking and turned to look at him. Stede smiled pleasantly, but Izzy’s expression was harder to read.
“Oh, Ed,” Stede said. “It’s nice to see you on deck. How are you feeling today?”
“Fine,” Ed said. “Fine, I just…uh.” He directed the next thing he said to Izzy. “I thought you might…this is for you.” He offered Izzy the tin mug.
Izzy stared at it without speaking. Hurt, surprise, longing, wariness, wistfulness flickered across his face before he clamped down on them, setting his jaw. He took the mug and dumped it out into the sea.
A fic where Izzy figures out his new place in the world through the love and care of the crew and Ed tries to patch up their marriage through food.

Summary
'I could send you down there again. You miss it.'
The voice in his head is warm, gentle. But he knows it's a mirage. His Father is many things, but gentle is not one of them. He's cruel and kind, loving and hateful, a teacher and destroyer. But not gentle. Never gentle. Why should he be, when the world he created is not? Gentleness comes from humans, and humans alone.
"I don't want to go back," Jesus replies. Sometimes he can see his Father, from the corner of his eyes. Sometimes he can hear his true voice. He could have more, if he were to give up on his humanity fully. Become like the angels. If he does that, he'll be giving up the human parts of himself.
He'll be giving up the nearly-nonexistent chance he has of ever having his reunion.
