Summary
A scholar calling himself Enjou has stolen books , attempted to burn down the library and escaped to Inazuma on a boat from Port Ormos. A lot of people in high places are very angry , demanding he be brought back to Sumeru, dead or alive.
Before the Vahumana sage and The Grand Conservator gets up and hunts Enjou down themselves to hang draw and quarter, the General Mahamatra Cyno decides to take over this matter and visit Inazuma. Then hopefully with the Tenryou Commission's cooperation, take Enjou and bring him to justice.
But this prodigy detective Shikanoin Heizou is cute , and Tighnari is telling him to go for it . Will he go for it? Will they catch Enjou ? Why is Enjou so weird ?
