Summary
Edward was not expecting Truth to basically say to him, 'Should I let you give up alchemy for your brother-yes. Will I? No." :)
He was definitely not expecting him to offer a chance to get his brother back and still get to keep his alchemy or to do Truth a favor, mainly getting thrown to another world to fix their egotistical disease. -
