Summary
It started with a very interesting-looking map (or part of one, at least) from Reyna's bedside table in the Ravenclaw dorms. One that Annabeth found frighteningly familiar.
Somewhere in the middle were thirteen wands and "I solemnly swear I am up to no good" spoken in chorus, slightly distractedly (due to a pieced-together sheet of parchment between them.)
The rest was a blur.
All it took was a whisper of "Mischief managed", and they were all plunged into darkness.

THE BEST AZULA REDEMPTION ARC INDEED!! Azula becomes Rick Sanchez and ty lee becomes her doctor who companion but it uses Hot Tub Time Machine physics (re: insanity physics)
Things to remember from binging this whole thing on a flight:
Azula has a time machine convertible. Broke herself out of prison when she was super old. And she goes to Azula-con in the middle of Time and Space :3 where she gets this "How To Not Go Crazy" Book with advice from her (future?) selves...but it just says become immortal. So she became immortal by seducing Kyoshi, pretending to be Rangi, then getting the scroll containing the secret of immortality (meditation, ig) but in the meantime got way too attached and maybe fell in love!?! Holy shit.
Azula fucks with being immortal fs. She goes back and messes around with Wan to become the Avatar spirit of chaos opposite to Raava. She gets buddy-buddy with Vaatu and learns how to bend all the elements for kicks and giggles but then is like 'nah i'm bored now'.
The book says she needs to try to go reconcile with her mother...by getting a hug and then bringing her mother to one specific summer date. But Ursa has a stick up her ass so invasive it rivals a fire nation colonizer. And she physically cannot comprehend that Azula is not a hostile insane monster.
Azula decides to distract herself by going to therapy, getting VERY drunk, guru help, and going to LITERALLY THE DAWN OF TIME and dr. stone-style reinventing the universe through a series of helpful brochures!!! Dark Timeline alert (somewhere in there) is that the world ends on somewhere...there's a massive blue lady and everyone is dead. Azula leaves the lady alone and the Council of Azulas decide to build a huge mansion/base there since its their Original Dimension...or something? oh my god this fic gets crazier by the day.
On another note, She brings back Raptor Azula and Tyleesaur (pronounced Ty-lah-sore). before deciding to fight herself. She travels to the "dark timeline' aka authoritarian Kyoshi from what I gathered, meets the General who KICKS HER ASS using some kind of uhhh maybe chi-bending lighting technique she's never seen before. So. HUH.
And yet the only thing Azula manages to glean from this is that she still has the hots for Ty Lee. Cmonnn you were carrying around a statue of her for thousands of years. Good Luck, Babe. They go on some hella awesome adventures and almost skinny dip in a Cave in OG timeline where Ty Lee is like 'oh my god shes hot as FUCKKK'. Ty Lee eventually believes Azula's a time traveler and they have MAJOR chemistry and trauma. Ty Lee has some fun piloting Azula's Tardis everywhere before they go to ember island and watch azula's mom perform while young!
Ty Lee becomes an air bender so she, too, can partake in everlasting Lesbian Immortality with her Wife Princess Azula using the meditation technique. Fuckin slay if you ask me. She makes Azula send gifts to Mai's wedding to try and reconcile the family a bit...and then uhhhh the council of azulas decide to save the world because its been apocalyptic for too long and maybe it's the right thing to do!!
