A butterfly flapping its wings in Brazil subsequently producing a tornado in Texas. Just like how a simple soul from another world waking in a new body can destroy multiple loops.
. . . Ok, maybe the butterfly effect doesn't mean much to Hitomi Shizuki, but who would have thought meeting Akemi Homura and becoming her first friend could ruin the whole universe?
The worst she thought would happen would be that Madoka would live, but of course, good things can't happen to her.

The group seemed a little suspicious, caution was understandable, unfortunately there were Magical Girls who turned to their peers for selfish reasons, so she expected this.
What she didn't expect was how the Goddess' chosen ones looked at her.
With everything that had happened to her family, Oriko was used to people looking at her with disgust, repulsion, and even anger.
But nothing had prepared her for the amount of fury and hatred that the Goddess's chosen ones looked at her.(Or Oriko doesn't know about the loops and doesn't understand why two Magical Girls hate her. Sayaka only knew her from the loops and doesn't know when Oriko will try to kill them)

“... I love her, I really do. And I know she felt something similar, because in the end, she ended up sacrificing herself for both me and the greater good. And I know she was right, I understand her side, the situation was desperate, she did what had to be done... And yet... And yet... Sometimes I feel so angry at what she did that I want to destroy everything. To break this tombstone and scream to the heavens in fury as I shoot my bow to hit someone up there.”
Homura turned her gaze back to the gravestone, confusion and frustration evident on her usually neutral face, truly lost in her thoughts and feelings. Kyouko, on the other hand, stared at her in surprise for a moment before her gaze shifted to a specific direction in the cemetery. To a place where she knew three charred bodies were buried, probably now nothing more than plant fertilizer, the bodies of two adults and a child.
“Yes. It’s normal.”
(Or, Kyouko and Homura talk about conflicting feelings about loved ones who have passed away.)
