Summary
Macaque is consumed by resentment, anger, envy, jealousy, festering like a blade lodged deep in his psyche. He lets it grow, sharpen, twist itself into something cruel. A weapon. And with that weapon, he will stab Sun Wukong, the man who has everything. The fame, the power, the admiration, the belonging. Everything Macaque was denied. He tells himself to keep his distance, to stay in the shadows where he belongs. But Wukong won’t allow it. He lingers, follows, pries, as if oblivious to the tension coiling beneath Macaque’s skin.
Macaque is losing his grip. And, in a way, he wants to.-
Macaque is obsessed with Wukong, and Wukong is obsessed too, but in a different way :)

Summary
Wukong had sensed a gradual change in Macaque’s scent, an alluring sweetness that overwhelmed him. It was something he couldn’t quite articulate, and the new intensity of this feeling felt like a heavy burden. He tried to keep their interactions close and casual, while seeking more of that elusive scent, but doing so without drawing Macaque’s attention was proving to be quite difficult.

Macaque's head spun. Everything was happening too fast, way too fast. Ever since Wukong's rise to fame, demons had crawled out of every dark corner, desperate to claim that glory for themselves. Some claimed they would defeat him, hoping to prove themselves worthy in some twisted contest. Until some fancy lion demon came in, talking about a ‘brotherhood’ and defeating heaven together. Yeah, right. Macaque thought the whole thing was a joke—who in their right mind would fall for that?
TLDR : Wukong forced Macaque into the brotherhood (Then had the audacity to get jealous when Macaque’s attention wasn’t solely on him anymore)

Summary
Macaque considered himself quite a worthy adversary, someone who does not tolerate the weak-willed and the half-witted. Yet, he finds himself as someone who betrays these thoughts, with a body that craves something more, something someone like him cannot afford.
And though the seeping lust wavered within his tainted core, he still fought the devil within him and somehow lost.
