Summary
Michael tried to explain: "The last thing I remember was the mission to Cantara III."
"But...that was two years ago," Tilly said, with growing alarm. "We were still on the Discovery. You two weren't—" She looked to Pike, horrified, like she finally understood. Then she turned back to Michael. "You lost two years?"

Summary
She opens her eyes. Above her is plain white. Bright white. She squints, letting her eyes adjust. The ceiling remains featureless white.
As she considers this, she hears a noise. Feels movement beside her. She tenses. She’s not alone. But isn’t the breathing usually—
“Computer, dim the lights,” a voice says, a little rough, a little sleepy. The light stays bright.
She spends a fraction of a second wondering why she hadn’t tried that, but then she realises that the voice is male and... did she? Did they? Her mind spins. Why can’t she just remember?

Summary
"I will admit, sir, when you offered to show me the ship, I didn't expect to be led into its bowels."
Well, wasn't that just setting him up to spike it? He looked at her primly. "Not going after that low-hanging fruit. I do have standards."
"Do you, though?" she shot back, dry. Teasing. He loved it when Michael went teasing on him.

Summary
*A Fremione holiday rom-com*
Hermione had just sighed and picked her quill up again when the front door of the apothecary suddenly flew open, smacking the bell above it violently and letting in fat snowflakes, a gust of frigid wind, and a rather frazzled looking Fred Weasley.
“Merlin above, shut that!” she cried, desperately clutching at several sheets of parchment on the counter that were threatening to take flight.
The door closed almost immediately with a rather reserved snick considering the chaos it had admitted, at which point Hermione exhaled in relief and began restacking everything.
Once she had it back in some semblance of order, she pushed a few wayward curls out of her eyes and looked up at Fred. Annoyance turned to apprehension as she read the harried expression on his usually cheerful face; he looked about ready to be sick on his shoes.
She was just about to ask what was wrong when Fred opened his mouth and blurted out a series of words that made not one single iota of sense.
“I need you to marry me.”
