    The Fall, an event that would doom humanity and and the only one who could stop it. With the power of the Universe Arcana, Kotone Shiomi sacrificed her life to seal away a god who wanted to grant humanities desire for death. Despite all hardships she succeeded, but at what cost. Being stuck in a state between life and death for an eternity never being allowed to rest. Exhaustion takes over as she grows broken and tired.
    In the distant future, Erebus gets past the seal with nobody able to stop him, which compels a man who hadn't interacted directly with people in a very long time. He makes a deal that she can't ignore. The game he had been playing wasn't going to end like this if he could help it.

    "Ren...!" Kotone chokes out, only remembering the boys name.
