Summary
Dorian would often wonder about Johnny's tendency to wind up absolutely soaked, despite no longer being a shower.
Almost a year ago now, they decided to get an apartment together, and Dorian has to admit it hasn't been half bad.
Except for when he came home from a late shift at work, like now, and found a trail of water leading from the doorway to the living room, like now. It led to a soaked couch, with a sopping wet Johnny passed out on top of it.
...
Johnny comes home after a long day soaked head-to-toe and a little drunk, and Dorian tries to help him to get cleaned up.

Summary
Where Dorian expected Johnny to start talking his ear off as usual, or at least start practicing whatever song he wanted to perform tonight, he was met with silence. Johnny seemed more than content to sit without a word between them, his breaths carefully measured and even like he was trying to make sure he could keep breathing. Funny, seeing how they don't need to breathe as objects.
"Are you feeling alright, mate?" Dorian asked, concern evident in his voice. He was leaning in close to Johnny, hands twitching with the instinct to check him over, to make sure he wasn't going to drop to the floor any moment.
"Oh, it's nothin', Dor. Don't worry your head about it." His answer was distant, his tone softer than normal and reserved. It sounded more like an automatic response to placate than a genuine one.
...
Dorian visits the Breaker Box one evening and notices his friend Johnny is acting strange.

Summary
Stone’s desire to become one of his doctor’s inventions came to a head not three years into working for the man.
...
He saw it when he entered the main lab. Sitting on the large workbench in the middle of the room was a new model of badnik. Ordinary by all accounts, identical to the others, except that this one was much larger than the others, about the size of a child's bed.
The badnik shook as he climbed inside it.
This is a follow-up to my other fanfiction, Artificial Breath. I'd recommend reading that one to fully understand what's happening here but be warned that one has some slight gore elements!

Summary
Years now have passed since Robotnik began his quest to rule the world. Stone, ever loyal, had run after him the entire way and showed no signs of stopping. But it was only a matter of time before the wear and tear of aging began to show.
The most noticeable change was his physical appearance. Worse were the scars. But it was in the more subtle ways that seemed to drive a knife through Robotnik’s heart.
He refused to entertain the idea of Stone continuing to age naturally, withering within his skin until his body inevitably gave out… No, the doctor refused to acknowledge it as a possibility. Because it wasn't, simply put.
And so, Robotnik made a decision: Take Stone's brain and heart and place them in an android body!
(A/N: the gore/lobotomy is not explicit at all. Robotnik just... mentally prepares himself, and then it fades to black. But there is a line where he looks at both organs after they've been removed. It only lasts a few lines, the majority of this is Robotnik worrying. You've been warned!)

Summary
And then that kiss.
The wonderful, horrible kiss, desperate and lovely and all he had wanted for millennia, but it wasn’t the soft lovely kiss he’d dreamed of for so long.Inspired by that part after The Kiss where Aziraphale not only touched his lips after it, but actually pushed his lip up. It got my brain going.
Also, spoilers for season 2, obvi.

Summary
When it happened, Stanford was… less than prepared.
That’s how he’d taken to referring to the incident—it. There really was no other word for it. When Stanley got sick, that is. Well, to be more accurate, when Stanley started acting weird.
Stanford thought he was used to his brother’s dramatics. This was something completely different, though.
