Sun and Moon, Earth and Lunar, Crimson and Harvest, and once upon a time, Eclipse and Lunar, Moon and Solar, Killcode and Bloodmoon. The attendants and models like them have always come in pairs. Some dimensions or individuals break the formate, or a pair is there but not in the same sense as the others.
Eclipse lost all right to being Lunar’s brother. Earth was introduced without a pair, later gaining Lunar as a little sibling. Crimson lost Harvest due to the meddling of a nightmare embodiment. Ruin was once both Sun and Moon, but now they are one. There are countless examples, a pair that became a lone wolf is not at all uncommon.
