Bruce slowly opens the door to his bedroom, and a heaviness enters with him. The air curdling in thick waves of emotion, leaving it feeling dense enough to cut through. His expression is neutral (painstakingly so), but when he makes eye contact with Clark something breaks in him. His face falls and he can't hold his emotions down anymore.
