alicent and rhaenyra do not know each other. their fathers, however, do. rhaenyra and alicent hate each other. or at least alicent does. and when her father forces her to attend the targaryens new years gala, she thinks the worst that could happen is standing off awkwardly to a corner, hoping to not have to socialize. but never could she have predicted that the downright infuriating and offensively beautiful stranger from last night would be viserys targaeryen, her fathers business partner’s daughter.
