Summary
This is an old habit, too, he has to admit— something he recognizes in himself, the same way he recognized stolen moments in close quarters in the way Wedge and Luke fit together. Call it the cruise director, or the stage manager: Lando likes his partners to have a nice time. He likes to give them a nice time, to create and orchestrate it for them, make sure they get the best of every moment.
So if he's a little overly attentive, there's nothing so strange about that. If he's a little too focused on Luke's and Wedge's pleasure, forgetting his own interests, turning all his considerable energy to creating the perfect night for the two of them— it's just the way he likes things.
And if he focuses on that, then maybe he'll be too mentally occupied to think about the chances that it'll be their last perfect night together.
The night before the Battle of Endor, everyone has their assigned roles— Lando just isn't entirely happy with where Wedge and Luke are going to be. Maybe he can convince them to change their plans, or maybe they can just help him take his mind off it...

Summary
It's... eerie, coming up over the dunes on his rented landspeeder. When he first landed back on Tatooine, he was struck by how unfamiliar it felt, as if he'd been away for much longer than a few short years. But as he drives, the strangeness seems to fall away, the years and light-years that separate his life now from his childhood here contracting, until he half-imagines that, when he crests the dunes and looks down across the salt flat, he'll see lights on in the homestead, Beru outside the garage dome puttering around on some errand, hear Owen's voice drifting up occasionally from the courtyard below.
No such luck. The salt flat is quiet and empty. The homestead is still standing but clearly long abandoned, and Owen and Beru are still dead, and Luke's youth of under-supervised joyrides in his landspeeder is once again a long time ago.
After rescuing Han from Jabba's palace, Luke should be heading off-planet, to make his promised return to Dagobah and finish his training. Instead, something pulls at him to stay a little longer. He does have loose ends to wrap up, back at the abandoned homestead— but he isn't expecting to discover that it's become a site of urban legend for local kids...

Summary
When the dust settles, maybe Mara will still want revenge, maybe she won't— but Skywalker is at least temporarily her ally, and they're about to walk into danger, and neither of them has had a full night's sleep in almost a week. And he didn't have these nightmares, on the blastboat leaving Jomark, on the night she finally cracked and shared the crew cabin with him.
"Move over," she says, gathering her blanket around her shoulders like a cloak.

Summary
Seeing Kase at work is a particular challenge— there's something about the way she puts all her focus into the task at hand, both mind and body fully engaged in whatever usually-greasy mystery she's solving, clearly in her element. In spite of his resolution to act normal and not let his attraction interfere with her work, he does sometimes give in to temptation and ask wide-eyed follow-up questions about some fault or repair she mentions, bait her into explaining it in extensive detail. Usually something complicated and ornery to solve, something she really had to dig into.
He's getting an education in starfighter maintenance, anyway.

"I can't believe you're doing this to me again," Tri says, with a gesture of despair. "I can't get the parts! No one can!"
"Oh, you have angry lekku," Bassam says, pointing. Her cheeks dimple when she grins. It is adorable. Tri hates her.
Times are tough in the Rebellion starfighter corps— shortages, disrupted supply lines, heavy losses. Tri'mau San, Screamer Squadron's dedicated mechanic, has a lot of problems.
One of them flies Screamer Three.

Summary
Nearly a year to the day they averted Armageddon, Aziraphale walked into his office to find a box on his desk. It contained everything that had been in his locker in Heaven: assorted office supplies, a sword maintenance kit (unopened), and the Heavenly army uniform he'd been issued. From the jacket to the kilt.
Aziraphale's never even tried the uniform on before. But, as Crowley nonchalantly points out, nobody's stopping him. And he does make it look good. Good enough for, say… some roleplay involving a righteous angelic lieutenant meeting a captured demonic soldier in his private office.

Summary
"They were an angel and a demon. Occasionally, they engaged in minor indulgences of the flesh. Occasionally, they engaged in them together. That was all. Crowley told himself that, very firmly, and tried to forget that he might have seen something more of Aziraphale’s deepest desires, if he’d risked looking. That there was a moment where they might have known each other more deeply. They’d been kicking around Earth together for nearly six millennia, after all. They knew each other well enough, didn’t they?"
Crowley is a demon, and that means he has certain...powers. Powers about which Aziraphale is curious. This may or may not be a good idea.
