Summary
When the world is crumbling and most are content to turn a blind eye, what use is there for one person to turn the natural tide?
That is how Fane Lavellan views the world. He has turned his back on the world, as it has turned its back on him. However, when the sky begins to close in and he can no longer turn away lest he bash into the walls, he must confront a truth amid a past of lost identity. He will traipse into forgotten territory. He will fight against mind and foe alike. He will learn of a vow seemingly broken by time and madness. He will be forced to raise his head and look to the sky to confront what he had lost due to pride and love. He will be forced to choose between so many as his soul is yanked in two directions--the past and the future.
This is one elf's journey with the Inquisition and all its actors. This..is a legacy of two lifetimes: One of gold and one of emerald. And both are blanketed by cooling blue and muted grey as once indifferent hands bloody themselves with crimson roars once more.

Summary
Fane and Solas have been through much, death and the passing of ages testing their resolve, and most of all, their relationship. Most issues are fleeting, gentle words able to quell their flames, but sometimes, all it takes is but one trigger to ignite a wildfire.
...Even if that trigger is a bucket of water.
Hidden fears are confronted and love is fought for as one dragon, devoted and tenacious, desperately clings to the only home he's known since the time of Elvhenan: the sky and all it holds. Even as that expanse, both proud and wise, urges Fane to abandon the burning home that he willingly stays in. However, Fane will stay in the flames that lap at his neck and heels, fetching bucket after bucket of water to quench their ire.
For that is what you do for a home you adore.

Summary

Now, he is 24, his father is gone, and Fane's left to pick up the pieces of his mind and scarred body while continuing to keep his sister safe from the rising war between the mages and templars. Fane, however, had no idea that it would lead him down a path of secrets, both ancient and new. Thrust into a conflict he has no interest in, he must face the sordid details of his past while trying to save his present with the growing power of the Inquisition and continue to do what he has always done: Endure. No matter the cost.

Summary
This is a project to create a conlang that will expand upon and deepen the Elvhen language that was created for the Bioware game series, Dragon Age. Elvhen, as it is used in the games, is a cipher, not a language. My goal is to create a complete conlang, or at least a simulated conlang, that other fans can use. The goal is to create a constructed language that is to Dragon Age what Sindarin and Quenya are to Lord of the Rings.
I do want to stress that this is a constructed language based upon the limited Elvhen we had encountered within the games. I am not using magical linguistic ninjitsu to "Figure out," the Elvhen language. In terms of the "official," language, consider this linguistic fan-fiction.

Aislin Lavellan was set to become the next First in her family, after her father before her. She was strong-willed, confident... a gracious leader, and fit the role of Herald of Andraste perfectly. She would make the perfect figurehead to the newly formed Inquisition.
Too bad the Mark of the Rift, and the Dread Wolf, took her rebellious twin sister Mellan along for the ride.
A "What If?" fic based on the premise: "What if there were two Lavellans, with one being the ideal 'Bioware Protag' and the other being the opposite?"
