    Summary

World War I started a revolution of change. All around the world, nations were forced to adapt to the new era. Many high-society families in Britain resisted change; but the Potters embraced it. In fact, along with the change, they embraced Sirius and Regulus as their own. Two aristocratic sons who’d been cast out by their parents after serving their country as soldiers on the front.

Sirius survived the war, but now he must face a whole new battle; one Remus John Lupin.

Harbouring scandalous feelings amidst post-war celebration parties was daunting, even if Sirius loved parties. He loved all of it; the new era music and clothes, hand-rolled cigarettes and imported tea, and every other aspect of the evolving socialite lifestyle. Sirius was alive, and ready to explore this new life with Remus by his side.

The problem was that Remus Lupin was a master of avoidance. Dodging him anytime he tried to broach the subject of their complicated feelings.

    Sirius survived the war.

But could he survive Remus Lupin?

    Summary

Sirius was sculpted by Walburga’s harsh hands to be the perfect heir to the Black name and fortune. After years of her abuse, Sirius became complacent, if not toxically so. To cope with not being able to live the life that he was meant to, Sirius lashed out. He slept around, drank too much, partook in drugs—whatever it took to spite his mother. Sirius was unhappy to say the least; but with the help and encouragement from his best friend, he’d started to believe maybe he could get away. Little did Sirius know, was that the answer to all of his problems would be to move across the sea to study at a university in the states. Because that move led him to a dashingly handsome tall professor, whom he was now supposed to study under without attempting to sleep with him.

Sirius was fucked all over again.

    Summary

James and Sirius thought that they had everything planned for their all-American road trip the summer after their final year at uni. Unfortunately for them, their plans go awry when they get lost on the road and neither one of them have cell service (or the ability to read a traditional map). All they know is that they're somewhere in the heart of Texas. The only establishment for miles is a seedy-looking bar called Backwoods, and they're forced to stop to ask for directions. Shenanigans ensue.

    Summary

In the midst of a strenuous exam period at university, Remus and his friends decide to unwind with a movie night.

Ringo Starr may have sung ‘With a Little Help From My Friends’ originally, but Jude and Max made the song their own in the popular 2007 film Across the Universe. The song begs the question: what lengths would you go to help a friend? Lily has an idea in mind that could upturn both Remus and Sirius’ lives forever.

“Lend me your ears and I’ll sing you a song / And I’ll try not to sing out of key.”
