“Kacchan......told me to kill myself....... Kacchan-” Shouta exhales harshly as the words and their meaning filter through his mind. The shock and grief are so strong it leaves Shouta breathless. Just as quickly, the sadness is suddenly replaced with concern? Buts it’s like a fragile glass bowl, and the shock and sadness sit nestled inside it. The concern and blanketing calm are forced. Stitched together manually thread by thread. The real emotions try to splash over the edge, try to crack the glass.
“What an idiot he could get in so much trouble”With that thought, all the foreign emotions begin to retreat, likely being forced down, and then Shoutas head is his own once more.
That finally seals it for Shouta. These aren't his thoughts or feelings. He is hearing someone else’s thoughts and feelings. Experiencing what they do. The question is who?

Distantly, Izuku wondered what he did to end up abandoned on a rooftop right after the no.1 hero himself decided his dream wasn't worth saving. Even better, still covered in the gross substance from the villain he got caught up in earlier, still making breathing just a bit harder.
Really, what an ideal place to leave a random teen right after you save them from a villain and stomp on their hopes and aspirations. If Izuku hadn't already been used to being left behind like spare change, he might've thought the man had done it on purpose. He really couldn't be such an idiot, right? It wasn't like the quirkless suicide rates and mental health crisis statistics were at an all-time high or anything, after all. Heroes were smarter than that, certainly?
OR, Izuku is chronically tired of everyone's shit, and drags some friends along to kick ass and take names.

Momo Yaoyorozu is stuck in a downward spiral. She knows that she shouldn’t let her poor performance in the Sports Festival and her abysmal internship at Uwabami’s agency get to her since some of her classmates had poorer showings or went through worse internships.
Still doubts are eating away at her. Was she truly worthy of being a hero? Would she have been able to qualify for the hero course without her influential parents getting a recommendation for her? Desperate to find her footing again she had an idea. Maybe an outside perspective would help her find ways to improve and she just knew the perfect people for the job.
The star students of the Support Course Hatsume Mei and Midoriya Izuku had defied expectations during the Sports Festival. The wits, determination and sheer ferocity of the latter had carried him further than Momo, despite not having a powerful Quirk to rely on. If anybody was able to help her than it would be him.
