Summary
A little over nine months after the events in Puppet and Master, Link has continued to serve the true Zelda as her close companion and friend. She is in many ways still a dragon, from some of her looks to her personality.
He loves and cares for her deeply - and he still cannot break the long habit of being her knight.
Unfortunately, Zelda considers Link part of her hoard, and she is loath to be away from him, or to be seen in public. She knows the fear the Zonai had of dragons, and has every reason to believe her countrymen will only see a monster.
The Puppet Zelda has given birth and her child has the features of Hyrule’s greatest danger.
Link does not want to repeat the mistakes and sins of Hyrule’s past, and chooses to find out what caused Ganondorf to need to exist, and figure out how to prevent another from needing to rise.
And maybe, just maybe, he’ll no longer feel so smothered by being Zelda’s treasure, never leaving their house, and never exploring her kingdom like they once did.

Summary
Zelda has been busy for a very long time. She is finally between semesters at university and is taking a vacation at her family's lakeside house far from everything.
Unfortunately, it may not be far from everyone.
Her very first day she manages to find the most attractive man to wear a toolbelt who is very kind after she makes a fool of herself. She also finds her father's rival is staying at his own house. They both are within several hundred yards of each other.
Her father, the devious bastard he is, found out his rival is there, and requests Zelda do whatever she needs to soften him up for a buy out of his company.
She is not amused, and makes her own plan.

Summary
Link and Zelda find they are not who they were born as. Linka is learning to become a princess, and Zeldo is learning to be a hero. It’s an arrangement that has struggles.
And they also learn they want more than just training. They want what the other has. They don’t feel bound to roles assigned by fate, and so fate rearranges itself to fit itself to them.
The new Zelda has prophetic dreams - and because she is not bound in tradition, she sees a different way forward when Ganondorf offers a courting gift.
Apparently a Prince and the Pauper story.

Summary
Puppet Zelda survived the fall of Ganondorf. She wanders aimlessly, more at home among the monsters of Ganondorf’s dark army than among Hylians.
Unsure of what her purpose is now, she tries to find ways to be useful.She thought she wanted to be a good tool.
But what is a good tool? Is that really who she is? Is that all she is?
Is that who she wants to be?
Along the way, she makes her first real friends and is tangentially responsible for helping Purah make a new weapon. When faced with it falling into the wrong hands, she decides her goal is to stop its use before her and Ganondorf’s dark army is slain.
She discovers along the way that she no longer has the safety of the blood moon to try again. None of the dark army does.

Summary
The campaign for Eldin is going about as well as anyone could expect. Keeping the wolfboy focused on infiltrating the fallen shrines - and only the fallen shrines - without losing more of his blin warriors to Zant's control proves more challenging with every passing week.
The whole army knows by now their King and the besieged Princess are lovers.
Ganondorf finds it difficult to care.
He craves her clever conversation as much as he longs for her gentle hands, and he keeps a growing pile of her precious letters by his pillow.
Zelda waits, watching from her tower as her king and the hero both work in their own way to free her country from the Twilight. Ganondorf is so much of what she hopelessly longed for in a true consort, a match of equals. Complicated and bitter and cagey, but real.
If they can prevail, if they can forge a true alliance, if they can bring Light and Shadow into harmony again, there is hope for tomorrow.
The sun shines once more on Hyrule Castle.
Victory begins to seem possible...

It would never have begun if she hadn't approached him when he fell asleep in the castle library months ago. If she hadn't touched him tenderly and tried to coax him to a proper bed. If he hadn't resisted her efforts to awaken him and clung to the dream.
