Dropping his bag to the couch, Foggy turned toward the half closed bedroom door. To the left the bathroom light was still nonexistent, but there were to his eyes no dead vigilantes inside. His eyes flicked instead toward the bed, which was empty, naturally, the silk sheets twisted and draping off to the far side by the window. Light streamed, as it always did at all hours of the day and night, and Foggy noticed with a start five pale toes peeking out from under the cascade of sheets. In two quick strides he was at the far side of the bed, standing over a very tangled, very pathetic Matthew Murdock.
“What the actual fuck, Matt.”

At seventeen, Jack figures out that a lot of family-owned restaurants will pay cash under the table for bussers and dishwashers on busy weekends. Plus, he usually leaves with leftover food at the end of the night, which is always a major relief.
At eighteen, Jack gets his first binder and figures out that it’s not that hard to get T once he knows the right people and gets over any reservations about the DIY stuff. He has a major growth spurt and loses a lot of the baby fat on his cheeks; he actually looks his age now.
At nineteen, Jack doesn’t notice Dylan bumping into him and slipping a tarot card into his pocket.Or, Jack is transgender. He successfully keeps that a secret until he binds for way longer than he's supposed to and winds up facing the consequences. That's what happens when you're put on a fifteen-hour flight to Macau without prior knowledge. It's a good thing Jack has good friends.
