Summary
Knuckles is still yet to return to Angel Island with the Master Emerald after the events of SA2. Unfortunately for him, something happened to his home while he was helping his friends, something worse than just the becoming waterborne.
However, before he can solve that problem, his friends wanna know how he ended up the way he did. They never really had time to learn how he got with them. Unfortunately for all of them, even if they did have time, they still can't understand their echidna friend. So they have to call a group that can (technically it's just one of them, but anything involving them is a 3 for 1 deal).
Surely this mysterious group won't derail Knuckles' serious situation with some so-called side-splitting wisecracks and other unnecessary bathos.
