Summary
About a year or two before the events of Emesis Blue.
Jacques Murnau finally gets the partner he asked for and is testing out their work relationship during a murder case. Soon, everything goes to shit as the investigation leads nowhere and leaves countless dead ends. His co-worker, Jane "Soldier" Doe, is an enigma even more mysterious and confusing than the detective work Murnau is used to.
(The title is a Gigi Perez song, I recommend listening to it.)

Scout is offensive, crass at the best of times, and admittedly homophobic. Engineer is quiet, polite (most’a the time), and un-admittedly “that way inclined”. But one night while drinking together, Scout inexplicably propositions the Engineer, who can’t figure out what the hell he’s playin’ at. Or why Scout keeps coming back after the fact.
A long fic detailing the relationship developing between Scout/Engineer (and sex).

Summary
Spy never thought about Soldier. His role was unrefined, little more than another brute force part of the team, easily replaceable and lacking the strategic nuance of either the Heavy or Demoman. He shot his rockets, swung his shovel, and that was that. A simple job for a simple man.
What would an American simpleton want with him? And more importantly, what could Spy possibly want with Soldier?

Summary
When Scout brags to his team that he cannot be caught due to his speed, Sniper takes it upon himself to take his friend down a peg and issues him a challenge-evade his capture for 5 days, and Sniper will do anything the runner wants. Scout accepts the bet-how could he not-but when Sniper's pursuit forces hidden feelings to the surface, how will this effect their relationship both on and off the field?
Sexiness ensues, but no graphic sex...I think. The fic will become E if that happens though.
The other mercs place bets, Spy has a raging headache, and Scout really doesn't know when to shut his mouth. I changed the title because my plan for this fic changed, and also because Scout's a tough little bunny getting hunted by, well, a hunter.
