The Phoenix Program is SDN's special rehabilitation program containing former supervillains being offered a second chance to change their lives. With no hesitation, she accepted the offer—not knowing what she was going to put upon her hands. Aggravating teammates, somewhat humorous (?) dispatcher, but at least Blonde Blazer is nice—she's like a mother she never had.

Where in a different mind, a local citizen who was taken into the pits of hell, is just trying to survive. Nothing in Gotham City has ever touched the light.

Will the arrival of a new dispatcher set him up for success or will be get dragged down and forced out of the program?
