The smile — moistened with cocoa butter, the resort's exclusive product — never left his face, and Kurogane was glad for it. It was good to see Fay with that kind of smile, face tanned by the sun, arms firmer and stronger from good nutrition. Besides looking completely human and healthy, he was even more beautiful like this — cradled by the salt and sand, by the natural sweat, in the sincere heat.
