Aaron came back to himself, suddenly aware of Robert sprawled out on the sidewalk under him only when the blood trickled from the plush pink of Robert’s lips to the back of his pale hand. It clings to his fingertips as he dabs at the skin, broken skin, the ripped tissue of a mouth that’d previously been grinning like the cat that got the cream.

Any chance to have sex with Aaron is a chance he’ll usually take. Barns, cars, laybys. A bench in a public park after dark. Posh hotels and shit hotels. An open field. When they’re both exhausted and climbing into bed at the same time. When one of them is barely upright, tired out from a lifetime of aches and pains, and entirely cared for by the other. Vic’s box room, Home Farm, Moira’s couch once or twice. The Woolpack. Aaron’s bedroom in the Woolie, every bathroom in the Woolie, the front room after closing and lights out at the Woolie, the basement, the hallway, the trash area round back that smells like worse than slurry.
Very rarely does Robert turn down sex with Aaron. When he does, it’s always solely for Aaron’s benefit.

Merlin turns a scathing look on him, obviously about to say something completely inappropriate. His face is so close, and usually it’s easy to banter with Merlin like this, natural, but again, there it is: the line of iron between them, linking them.
There’s no escape.

Summary
As a prince and then a king, there have been certain expectations of Arthur. A king is expected to be a leader, to be experienced, both on the battlefield and in the bedroom. As Arthur has grown from a prince into a king, he has done what his knights, his soldiers, even the other nobles expect of him. But he has never truly enjoyed it.
When Arthur lets it slip to Merlin that he doesn’t actually believe most sexual acts to be enjoyable, Merlin takes it upon himself to prove Arthur wrong. What follows for Arthur is the realisation that he is in fact attracted to men, sex in fact can be good and he does in fact have a submissive side.

Summary
No one survives the Dorocha’s touch.
Not even Merlin.
At least that’s what Arthur and the Knights think after Merlin saves Arthur’s life by throwing himself at the Dorocha.
Or
Arthur and the knights believe Merlin has died after being struck by the Dorocha and bury him accordingly before continuing their quest to close the veil and save Camelot. But we all know that even the Dorocha cannot stop Merlin.
