No, this is not some attempt and making sure there are no traitors, and no this is not done to discriminate between quirks. This essay is used to get future heroes thinking about what-if's that could make or break them. This is for future heroes to know what to do, what to expect if one ever deflects or something else happens to make them become villains.
Bakugou doesn't want to write this stupid essay, but like hell, he's going to get himself kicked out of the Heroics course for not completing it.Series

When Shouta first learned about a young kid seemingly causing nothing but trouble in Hitoshis class he was annoyed. Especially so when said kid targeted Hitoshi. But after a slip of the tounge something changed. Shoutas annoyance turned to worry and a horrible realization dawned on him. One that he knew he couldn't ignore.

Overworked trying to keep Deadpool from killing more people, it's an increasing struggle to stay on top of his college homework while his spider senses tingle at every mention of Katsuki and his spider-like tendencies get in the way of his vigilantism.

Deadpool is a name that's dreaded by the police department and vigilantes alike, coming closer to the darker side of vigilantism in comparison to the bright and shining Spiderman. So, following clues that point him towards vengeance, he's surprised that his past is somehow connected to the vigilante that cleans up his destruction before it ever even occurs. He has a lot to make up for, and a whole lot of teasing Spiderman to keep him more than entertained.

During this time Katsuki struggles to trust anyone as he and the girl are used for Chisaki’s schemes.
Meanwhile, Midoriya Izuku never forgot about Kacchan, Sad and heart-broken by what happened, Izuku becomes even more determined to become a hero- who can save as many as possible, making sure no one else suffers like Katsuki did. Eventually, Katsuki and the girl are rescued, and with the guidance of Aizawa and the support of Class 1-A, he slowly begins to rebuild trust and learn to rely on others again.

--When Katsuki Bakguou is taken by a villain and barely escapes death, it has him reflecting on his relationships with people. During his recovery, he can't ignore the nagging, warm feeling in his chest whenever Izuku Midoriya is around. Which is a lot, considering he's the one taking care of Katsuki.
or: Katsuki Bakugou is like a stick of butter. When baking, it's sometimes necessary to soften the butter by nuking it in a microwave.
