Ra’s al Ghul was a dangerous man, who had absolute power behind the scenes. Ra’s who had all the resources in the world through dubious means. Ra’s who was never shy about his attraction and admiration towards Tim.
Tim’s not naive. Young? Absolutely. But naive? Maybe if his parents were a little less neglectful, and the Bats were a little more affectionate. See, if things were any different, he wouldn’t have survived this far.
