“Oh, darling,” Lucifer huffs, successfully pulling Alastor’s attention to him as he steps into his personal space. He stands on his tip toes until the barrel of the Winchester rests against the center of his forehead. “You don’t know the half of it,” he whispers with confidence, grinning a bit too wide with the slightly too sharp teeth and his eyes might have an unnatural red glow. Risky, putting it in one word.
And yet, he watches as the man’s pupils dilate slightly.

"Unless..." Lucifer started, a sensual lilt to his voice as he took the end of Alastor's pitch black tie into his fingertips and tugged it harshly, successfully pulling the taller man so close that their mouths couldn't be more than an inch away from each other, "...that's exactly what you're looking for."

"I think you broke my nose," Dazai says faintly, finally letting Chuuya remove his hands. He frowns as Chuuya angles his head a bit to look at it. Dazai presses the back of a quick finger to the underside of his nose, blinking. "I'm bleeding, aren't I? I think I'm bleeding?"
Chuuya rolls his eyes, letting him go. "Your nose is fine. It's not bleeding either, so stop bein' so dramatic about it."
"Chuuya should kiss it better."
"Hah!" Chuuya exclaims, "Shut the hell up, you! This doesn't give ya a free pass to say such bullshit just 'cuz I'm doing this with you!"
Dazai is staring ahead, his eyes hazy. "Ugh, yeah. I'm pretty grossed out too now at what I just said. Where were we? Oh, right." He looks back at Chuuya, focused again. "So… this time… go slow, okay? I know you're excited to kiss my pretty face and all but - "
"DAZAI!" Chuuya's voice is high and wild, bordering on a screech. He's starting to regret this already.
"But you have to make sure you can actually see where my pretty face is instead of just banging into me."

For eight years, Dazai read and reread a text recommended to him by Kouyou, but it was likely she simply wanted him out of her well-coiffed hair. That theory remained, though there were multiple possibilities. One was, obviously, just that – a fifteen-year-old Dazai with eyes like voids and the attitude of a child was too much for the nineteen-year-old to deal with.
Another, that she hoped to introduce him to something she knew he didn’t understand. Something human, in an effort to… who knows? Make him more human? Less like Mori?
Another was that she recommended it for a very specific reason, and to draw some very specific reflections out of Dazai about his situation. About Chuuya. About his life. And in that case, Dazai likely owed her tea or something of very high value.
Dazai pining over Chuuya for the entirety of their partnership, with three years of denial and several pretentious mentions to an old Greek text throughout.

He does not care about birds or parks or trees or people, does not feel all that much when he sees the sunrise or sunset or the stars and the moon. He does not like dogs or children. He does not like the world.
But he likes Chuuya. He likes the way Chuuya looks when he is looking at all these things.

Chuuya’s irritation flared anew. From the corner of his eye, he could clearly see the two figures coming closer and closer, and he knew he had only mere seconds until the inevitable would happen.
“No, you fucker. I meant, go out with me,” Chuuya pressed on, throwing all his pride and dignity out of the window, then he gulped around the dry cotton suddenly clogging up his throat before he uttered his next words. “As in, date me for the week.”
