A feral tiny Prime.
Great. Just what he needed. A distraction while planning the biggest coup in Cybertronian history.
Takes place Before Megatron over throws Megazarak in the lull between the Decepticons getting thrown off Cybertron and the war restarting.
Also Sentinel Prime also got demoted in this AU. He is very much not a fan of construction work.

Ilya went silent immediately. That was not his brother’s voice. Nor was it Katia’s, his sister-in-law’s. It was an aristocratic, cold voice. He went completely still.
“Yes.”
“I’m calling from the Child Services Department, Ilya Grigorievich,” the woman continued, and Ilya frowned deeply. “Your brother Alexei Rozanov and his wife died yesterday in a car accident.”
Twice in his life, Ilya had felt like this. The ice around his heart melted just enough for the numbness to vanish and give way to a sharp, stinging pain. It lasted only two seconds before he managed to compose himself. He didn’t want to feel anything for Alexei, so even if Katia’s death carried a trace of sadness—she was a mess, but she always tried to smile at him and cook warm meals for him when he visited Russia—, he dismissed the feeling entirely.
“So what?”
“You are the only living family member of their daughter. Your brother named you as her legal guardian, Ilya Grigorievich.”

Red Hood kept his distance from the Bats. They had something akin to a truce, but they always maintained a healthy level of mutual wariness and animosity. None of them knew him, not in any way that mattered, and he was content keeping things that way.

Summary
Jason Todd grew up with a fundamental fear of being seen. Not in the sense of shyness, but in the sense of shame. He supposed, if he wished to contemplate the fear’s origins, he might start where most tragedies do:
The house he grew up in.
Where the act of wanting was as good as a death sentence to that desire.
He supposed he might even make an argument for the statement “people become what they are called”. He thinks that might have some merit, looking back.
What he fears most, (like most other people), is how obvious it is to others. The fear itself.
He wonders if they can see it.or
Thanks to a rogue meta, the batfam gets to watch Jason's memories like a movie; and Jason just really wants a family again. But you cannot be loved if you aren't known, and well... if circumstances provide? might as well take the chance, right?

So much has happened. Gwen's died, Harry hates him, Dr. Connors went evil, Johnny and him ended their whole roommate agreement... Peter just needs something solid. Something good. Something he can rely on while finishing up his undergrad.
ESU's a no-go, but luckily NYU offered him a hefty scholarship with housing included. He'll take this win. Hopefully his roommate will be cool.
