Imagine there's another Earth parallel to Earth-16 timeline, events that played out that we know of, but it's a little different. And living there, there's a kid named Bart Allen, who's, well, really young. He's from the future, like, 40 years from now! And he's decided to take a little trip back in time, all the way to 2016. Bart's main goal remains the same – to prevent the alien invasion orchestrated by the Reach from achieving its objective of conquering Earth. However, this time around, something new is in store. He has decided to include a close friend, someone he values deeply, in his mission, making this journey much more personal. How will they both adapt to the current timeline, and what changes will it bring about?

Summary
Alfred F. Jones, young capo to the crime family named the Rogue Routes Express, is bored and lovesick. Between his duties to his family ruling over District 1, the constant struggles with their rivals located in District 44, he wants to make things change.
Arthur Kirkland, the sole legitimate heir to the crime empire of the weakened Velvet Thorn Brotherhood, is being trained in the family manor, deemed too valuable to engage in the fighting that regularly breaks out in Verona Beach. Restless like a bird trapped in its cage, he wants things to change.
