Shouta revealed in a game of truth or dare that he's in love with a loud blond, it's certainly not Hizashi (Right?), so who was it?
“He’s a loud blond. That’s it.” He shot up on his feet and bolted out of the room, leaving everyone confused. Even Hizashi was a bit taken aback.
Oh my God.
Hizashi looked at the person right next to him in horror. The one who Shouta was looking at when he averted his eyes and blushed, right before answering the question. The Symbol of peace sat there with a perplexed expression, clearly had no idea what the erasure hero just said.
Shouta was in love with All Might!

“This is going to break these damn extras.” Izuku sighed, but before he could start his argument, Katsuki went on. “They will never be able to go back to their regular innocent lives, we are going to devastate them, Izuku.”
“I know!” He tried hard not to shout, but the words just forced their way out. “I know.” He repeated, calmer. “But we have to do this. We have to. They have spent their whole lives cushioned and coddled by the good side of quirk society.”
Katsuki’s jaw was so tight, Izuku swore his teeth must be aching from the force of it. When he spoke, he did so through his teeth with pain clear on his features.
“You get it, don’t you; what you’re asking me to do? Izuku I-...you’re asking me to hurt you again. You’re asking me to be your abuser, again.”

Recovery Girl had told Midoriya she wouldn't heal him after his stunt in the Sports Festival. All Might had long abused her quirk, and the boy wouldn't recover properly if she continued to heal the splintered bones.
She never realized that "I won't heal you" meant- "I won't treat you" to the boy.
She learned this very late after her parental instincts led her across the school, and she heard cries and could smell blood from the gender-neutral bathroom in the management wing of the school.

Summary
Aizawa Shouta was an underground hero, and a teacher trained to see all the signs of abuse. And from the moment he started training Shinsou Hitoshi, he had his suspicions.
He noticed the beat up clothing, the odd unexplained bruise here and there, the flinches at sudden movements, how the kid lit up at every little praise or kind word.
His student gave no indication anything was wrong at home, was quick to brush off any questions. A practiced liar, with a practiced nonchalant air.
It was frustrating, but Shouta knew there was nothing he could do until the kid admitted the truth to him, no matter what he suspected.
So the underground hero watched, and he waited. For the day his kid felt comfortable enough to come to him, or for a sign big enough that the school could investigate.
And a few months into training, it all came to a head.

Aizawa takes Hitoshi in with his emergency foster parent license. Hitoshi doesn't know how normal family dynamics work, but he's about to find out. Cue lots of hurt/comfort and family fluff.

Hizashi had many things he was proud of: being a Hero, his job as a teacher at U.A., and his "Put Your Hands Up" radio program that reached thousands of Listeners across Japan. But the thing that Hizashi was most proud of was his Hello Hotline. This was an outreach program where anyone could call in to talk, whether they were having trouble with parents or partners, some difficulties with school or work, or, in many cases, suicide prevention. While Hizashi loved this part of his job, he always dreaded the day he would answer a call and hear a Little Listener, someone the age of his students, or younger on the phone, quiet and suffering and having lost all hope.
When Hizashi answered the phone at the start of his shift today, he could only close his eyes in grief when he heard the voice of a Little Listener, one who he was almost sure wasn't even in high school yet.

After All Might left Izuku on a roof, Izuku sat on the edge for a long, long time before he decided to reach for his phone. He would call the Hello Hotline, and ask for them to leave a message for his mom. Little did Izuku know that the person he was talking to was determined to make Izuku see the next day.

“S-S-Sensei-” the boy stammered, and something in Shouta’s gut screamed at him. Because, sure, Problem Child stammered on good days, too, but something about the tone of the boy’s voice was… off. “I-I’m f-f-fine- just l-looking f-for… u-um…”
Shouta slowly came to a full standing position, crossing the kitchen- making sure his footsteps could be heard, as to not startle the boy further- and leaned against the sink. “Kid? Everything alright?”
Problem Child hugged his arms to his chest, leaning forward into the cabinet as if trying his best to hide from his teacher. “F-F-Fine-” he stammered, sounding out of breath. A hitch in the boy’s throat had Shouta’s instincts flaring, and the man reached a hand out slowly to the boy’s shoulder.
Upon the mere brush of fingertips to his shoulder, Midoriya flinched backwards with a bolt of green lightning, nearly taking the sink with him in his scramble to get away from his teacher. A scramble that left brushes of dark red blood in its wake.

Shouta Aizawa goes to his students' dorm to unwind after nightmares, but he finds a nightmare there in of itself.

Shouta's gaze moved to his hand, where a tiny, chubbier one wrapped around his index finger.
He looked at the kid whose eyes are puffy, red, and shiny like he's been crying and giant green irises stared at Shouta’s hand with a level of focus that only a child can have. He turned his gaze to the mother intending to get her attention but the notion died as he scanned the woman, distracted with a not-so-good looking phone call if the worried frown pinching her face and her fingers wringing in the front of her cardigan is any indication.
He sighed and let the kid play with his fingers, cooperating by turning his hand over when it was gently tugged, and watched the toddler count the lines on his palm in tiny murmurs and intense concentration, poking each one as he went, tired little sniffles every few seconds filling the silence. Looks like Shouta isn’t the only one who had a shitty day.

Aizawa Shouta, a new prohero, planned on getting some sleep on the train after a long exhausting day, like he always does, before heading back to the police station, but his plans get left at the train stop when a young mother and her toddler board his train.
