Patrick’s face stung from the bitter cold wind. He swore he could feel ice pellets hitting him on the cheeks, and the other man seemed to be just as pained. He had a better idea. “Actually, uh, I live five minutes from here. Why don’t you come back with me and we can call a tow from there. I’m Patrick, by the way. Patrick Brewer.” He extended his icy cold hand, and the other man reciprocated with his gloved one.
