A masterpiece, truly
The emotion conveyed through the writing and connection to the characters is amazing, the imagery expressed in the writing is nothing short of breathtaking, Electron clearly knows their way around a word and uses their immense literary power wisely, not to mention the amazingly dread-stirring body horror, and the rather sweet conclusion to an otherwise gut-wrenching fic
A good read if you want a heart wrenching evening, do be sure to read the previous work in the series as-well, as while it is not strictly necessary to understand this work it is also incredibly written and provides extra context to this specific version of Vash
All and all an amazing fic, highly worth a read! :D

Summary
Knives's plans for July didn't go exactly as he intended, but that didn't stop him from continuing to try to remake his brother in his image. Nicholas, Meryl, and Milly rescue a Vash who no longer remembers them, and only remembers the worst of what humanity has done to him.
Vash may never rediscover the person he was before. Can he keep choosing to defend humanity when all he knows of them is their cruelty?
