Loki could never have imagined that when he finally found Sylvie, she would be married to another. To Fandral, of all people, and quite a sneering, obnoxious version of Fandral at that.
But as he tries to come to terms with a life in New Asgard where Sylvie can never be his love, he realizes that things are not as they seem. He knows Sylvie too well. Something is very, very wrong.

“Hello.” The voice Loki knows so well rings out around the room. “It has come to my attention that you wish to resign.”
His Outie’s eyes narrow just slightly, and his lips curve upward in a haughty smirk. “Well, that will most certainly not be happening.”
Trapped in a torturous dystopian office job from which there is no escape, Loki begins to lose hope. But Sylvie isn't about to let him give up. She cares about him too damn much for that.
In a place devoid of life, love, and freedom something beautiful begins to take shape.
Spoilers for Severance Season 1

Ten years after the Citadel, Loki had found her. His Sylvie.
But she doesn't believe he's her Loki.
“You can move,” she corrected. “I cannot. You are under absolutely no obligation to stay with me. But of course,” she stopped whittling and looked at him. “You’re not going to do that, because you’re here for the power you hope to gain by fucking your way into the good graces of General Sylvie.”
She said this at least once every few days, like an affirmation. Reminding herself of what she thought she must believe.
And truly, who could blame her?

Frigga lowers her fingertips and turns directly to Sylvie, looking straight into her eyes. “I’ve never gotten quite so much information from the seiðr before. How fascinating that I should receive these messages now.”
Her piercing gaze forces Sylvie’s downward; she’s never felt so exposed. Mordant tears sting her face, mocking her anguish. “But if the…” She swallows hard. “But if the…object of his search appeared…could his heart be healed?”
Frigga sends an experimental shimmer of silver stardust into the force field; she smiles just a bit. “I don’t know for sure. I can’t imagine why you would ask.”

He brought his hand to her cheek; he could feel his throat catching and the rest of his body thawing into her. She, of course, tensed up and brought her dagger back to his neck. “Which one are you?"
She knew him, he could tell she did; he could see her fight to keep her defenses up, but there was no hiding the recognition in her eyes. And yet she wouldn’t be herself if she weren’t mistrustful to a fault.
He caressed her jawline with his thumb. “Sylvie...Sylvie. I’m the one who knows your name.”
