Following Max's Death, Richie is feeling extra guilt. He's not thinking straight and certainly doesn't know what the others are thinking. It's just... all consuming Guilt. How is he supposed to live with that? It's too much: suffocating. Maybe this is Max's payback since it feels like there are ghost hands on his neck, wringing out the little air he's managing to get into his lungs. If he could just listen to logic everything would be fine, but there's a devil on his shoulder telling him that's never going ot happen. He's barely out of everything else and now this?

In the four days that the fourteen year old boy had been at Wayne Manor, Dick had only seen him squirreled away in the library, or following Alfred around like some sort of baby duck. Any attempts at interaction on Dick’s side had been met with an amount of aggression that was honestly impressive for a boy of his size. He was like a little chihuahua.
If Dick was younger, or more immature, he might’ve been upset or jealous of how much of Bruce’s attention Jason was taking up. But he wasn’t. He was twenty years old, and he was just fine with the stranger in their house. In fact, he was ecstatic about it. Ecstatic, joyful, elated, and all other synonyms of those words. Not upset. At all.
