Izuku was abandoned as a child and sent to a rough orphanage, once he turned 10 and his care taker found out he was an omega, she sold him to a child prostitution ring and told everyone he ran away. By the time he was 18 the group had no other use for him and dumped him back on the street. He eventually finds a hotel and is able to get a room so he can come up with another plan to survive.
Will he survive? No education, understanding of what it means to be omega, and now completely alone. Until he meets the hotel owners Katsuki and Eijiro.

“Soon, baby girl. I promise.” Izuku’s voice cracked from the end of their video chat. It was dark, but Eijiro could see the gleam of unshed tears threatening to fall through the light of the phone.
As hard as this was on everyone, it was hardest on Izuku. A week long mission away to watch a small drug trafficking group turned into a 6 plus month long mission that uncovered more than he could share.
“You say that everyday and you never come!” Tatuski screamed, her dark green ringlets bouncing wildly as she shook her head. “You’re a liar, daddy! I don’t love you anymore.”

and no matter how chaotic, or perhaps even a tad bit homicidal his son may be considering the scarily amount of times hes seen or simply known his son done something that has caused lasting harm to someone -- who rightfully deserved it of course. shouta cared for his teenaged son.
shouta would do anything for him, and, anything would also mean waking up at two thirty in the morning to go pick up izuku who was carried off to the police station.
