Before, she could tell exactly how many paces away a person was, no matter the distance. Now the breeze billowing the curtains made her flinch.

“Gotta admit, this is such a Zaun way to go about things.” Ekko spoke into the mic. “I really do miss the small town vibes. And—oh [bleep!] You gotta fat tip, Vi! Check it out.”
The stream lit up with a $500 donation that rushed to the front with a message that was read out loud.
‘It’s not even Thanksgiving. This station is ridiculous. Stop playing Christmas music!’ The username read K8LN.
Vi and Ekko stilled at the message, “Huh?”
Their chat went crazy.
