But her grades are pretty low, too much for her to enroll the hockey club. But the headmaster thinks she deserves her chance, and decides that Vi has to be tutored, by no one else that the top student: Caitlyn Kiramman.
What awaits the two women? Will Vi be ok to let Caitlyn, a Human, a rich and popular one, be close to her? Will the Beast bite... or be tamed by the Beauty?

Summary
Vi was struggling to make ends meet during Powder's senior year, until she had the opportunity that changed everything for them. An opening for a new gym teacher appears, urgent to fill the position after the school year had just started. This being a way to make ends meet and keep an eye on her sister, Vi shoots her shot.
Caitlyn is a criminology teacher who's been living in Piltover her whole life. After starting her own life outside of her and her mother's differences and separating herself from the police force, she continues on with her knowledge in criminal justice to teach at Piltover High.
She meets the new hire with full intentions to keep things professional, but life has other plans.

Angry protests quickly erupt from the crowd, only to be silenced just as quickly by the cocking of rifles and the crackle of charged batons. Vi keeps her head low and her mouth shut, continuing to nurse her drink. A thousand feelings rush through her mind, but even in her alcohol-addled state of consciousness, one thing is perfectly clear.
Vi hates Caitlyn Kiramman.

She knew it was a foolish idea to seek her out, Vi would immediately reject any contact Caitlyn could offer. Hitting her with the butt of her gun may not have seriously hurt Vi physically, but it definitely created a rift between them - severing their emotional and physical connection to one another.
I betrayed her trust.
But Caitlyn couldn’t stand it anymore, she needed her to at least know that she’s sorry for everything she did. That she wishes with everything within her that she could take back what she said.
Tonight she’ll apologize to Vi.

Caitlyn Kiramman, commander of Piltover and leader of House Kiramman, begging Vi for forgiveness on her knees. Anyone working for her would surely question her authority, but after realizing how badly she hurt Vi, she didn’t give a shit anymore. For Vi, she would do anything.
