Summary
Bear wasn’t any worse for the wear in the years since Dan had packed him away. His weight wasn’t too much for Dan to carry. Even tied to Dan’s past, he wasn’t as heavy as Dan had imagined for years.
He simply was. And maybe that’s why Dan kept him after all. Maybe he didn’t need to forget; maybe he just needed to acknowledge that some things would always be there in some form, because you could not erase the past, but you could learn to live with it.

Summary
In a world where some people had magic and some didn’t, Dan had always felt at odds. A boy whose magic was broken. The least gifted in his family. Dan’s only ability--being able to see auras--had done nothing but bring him pain, because in each aura Dan read, all he could see were the most depressing human emotions.
At twenty three, Dan was settled in London, resigned to a lonely life as a barista in a shared flat with no prospects and little hope, just trying to get by.
Until one day, he met a boy on the tube whose aura was so brilliant; so full of color and light, it changed everything.

It was early, the dark edging on predawn translucent. The birds were only beginning to chirp. Here, nestled so deep in nature, the Costa Rican jungle all around their treehouse hotel, Dan could feel the hush of morning rising all around him. Phil was still asleep, breaths deep and even. Phil was exhausted--they both were really--but this was something Dan wanted to share with him.

Summary

Kim Namjoon is in love, and Jung Hoseok is always dating someone else. This is perfectly fine, even preferable, because the universe likes to tell jokes and Namjoon knows it's best just to laugh along. He's certainly got nothing to complain about when it comes to the building blocks of his life, and dating is a lot of effort. Too much effort, really. So it's obviously fine.
But the universe's latest attempt at a comedy sketch, where Hoseok moves in with him, bringing the sun and a lot of tiny shorts, might actually make him insane.
